Links
Here is a list of some of my favorite links. Some have to do with
cryptograms, some don't.

This site belongs to Teppo Pihlajamäki of Salo, Finland. He
uses numbers instead of letters in his cryptograms, which adds a new
twist. Give it a shot. It's a lot of fun. |
 |
The American Cryptogram Association official website.
The Association "is dedicated to promoting the hobby and
art of cryptanalysis -- that is, learning to break ciphers." |
| This one offers online cryptograms (which you can cut and paste and solve with
the Crypto Challenge) and has a bunch of links to other cryptogram pages. |
| A puzzle that changes daily featuring a quotation whose letters have been
transposed and a portrait of the source or subject of the quotation. You can cut and paste and solve
them with
the Crypto Challenge |

Cryptograms
- This one has good cryptograms you can cut and paste. It also has links to
other games.
Literary Cryptograms
- These can be pretty long. Many times their cryptograms won't fit into the Crypto Challenge
window. However, if you solve a portion of it, you can solve the rest
online.

The current Federal income tax system is broken.
Patching up the existing code is pointless. It's time for a fresh
approach, a fair approach.
It's time for the FairTax.

This site is neat. Check out
their range of PhD certified Personality, IQ, Aptitude & other
Self-Assessment Tests. They also have loads of other fun tests that you
will love. It's a known fact that Crypto Challenge devotees are a cut
above the rest. Click here http://www.3smartcubes.com/
or the picture to the left.

My Favorite Business Mag. I've been reading it for years |
 |
I check the Drudge Report First thing every morning and
several times during the day |
| He's a little too liberal to suit me, but he makes me
think, and sometimes he makes me laugh. They are having good guest hosts
while Rush takes the cure. |

For any Syracuse Alums, Check in to your alma mater's web site |
 |
Mr. Newt's Web page. Take a look |
 |
He's not everybody's cup of tea, and sometimes I
cringe at things he says, but he makes me laugh, and sometimes he makes me
think. This
is the official site, it will keep you abreast of the goings on of the
show. |

If
you miss this strip as much as I do, you can relive it here. It starts from the
first one of November 18, 1985 to 11 years ago today. It is updated daily. |

Hello,
Americans. This is Paul Harvey. Stand By for News! |
|
Heard a rumor that sounds too fantastic to be true? Maybe it
is, maybe not. Find out by clicking here. They probably can confirm it. They also have tons of urban legends that you have heard over the years and
maybe believed. Get the facts here.

Got a question? Need an answer? Check this one out. It's
lots of fun |

Can't remember of the lyrics to that
song? These two sites can help you. If it's not on one, chances are it's
on the other. You can search by title or artist |
 |
| I came across this site recently and was
blown away. It contains dozens of MIDI files created by Warren Trachtman
of Scott Joplin and other ragtime piano players. You can download them and
play them on your Windows Media Player while you are solving cryptograms
on the Crypto Challenge |
